Rate
$225.00 per 50-minute session.
Payment
Zelle, cash, or check payable to Charlotte Yen Adermann is due at the time of service.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and have not notified me or re-scheduled at least 48 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session. Exceptions will be made for illness or emergencies occuring on the day of the appointment.
Insurance
I do not directly contract with any insurance provider and do not accept payment from insurance companies. My services as an out-of-network provider may be covered in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please consult with your insurance carrier for specific procedures and requirements. I will email you a monthly invoice that includes information requested by insurance, such as ICD-10-CM and CPT codes, for you to attach to a claim form and submit directly to your insurance for reimbursement.
